The freehold is vested in a Single Purpose Joint Venture LMPFE (see Club Stucture) to provide a playing field arge enough to enable investment.

Ironsides Rugby and BISC recieved a significant grant to help with the purchase of our freehold and the development of the artificial grass pitch. This grant came from SportEngland capital sports funding.
HORNSBY HOUSE EDUCATIONAL TRUST
AGP and ongoing support
Hornsby House made a £300,000 loan to BISOL to enable us to build the AGP. They also gave us the £60,000 VAT payable on the AGO as a gift.
HHS have a long term lease which provides BISOL a significant annual income in return for use of our facilities when we don't have a use for them
Our relationship with Hornsby House is a mutually beneficial long term partnership.
